Our managing partner, Tim Ng, was part of the committee. The efforts from everyone involved definitely paid off with over $25,000 raised. A special shout out to Tiffany Kohl, manager of events at BILD. Tiffany you are definitely an event planning rock star; none of this would be possible without you!
Update [August 10,2010] – We received another awesome thank you letter from Habitat for Humanity Toronto!

We attended BILD’s Annual Charity BBQ last week and had an amazing time! We love this event.
A member of our team is part of the BBQ committee that helps organize the event. We were also a silent auction sponsor – Go ADhoc!. The two events (BILD Charity BBQ & Race for Humanity) were such a success that they raised over $25,000 for Habitat for Humanity Toronto.
Great cause, great fun, great food. Looking forward to doing the same thing next year!

With many first-time home buyers interested in this development (Guildwood on the Park), Esquire Homes required a solution to assist their potential purchasers in visualizing the community and homes. Our team created beautiful 3D renderings to showcase the distinctive streetscape and all brick town homes.

We had the opportunity to work with Dunpar Homes on their latest offering Kingsway Terrace. It’s a ultra-luxury condo located by the Humber River Valley (Etobicoke). When selling luxury and high-end living, potential purchasers expect more than just black-line floorplans. With that in mind, we worked closely with Dunpar to develop a variety of visualization tools to enhance their presentation. This included a 3D animation walk-through of the amenities, interactive touchscreen display, and exterior/interior renderings.

We’re a bit late blogging about this project but it was featured in our April Newsletter. Building off the success of the touchscreen we created for Palisades on the Glen, we designed and developed another touchscreen application for Retirement Life Communities and Brookfields project ‘Royal Palisade’ in Stratford, Ontario (Justin Bieber’s Hometown!).
These touchscreen displays are a perfect sales tool for any retirement/adult lifestyle community sales office. A huge benefit is it provides the sales staff with the ability to walk potential purchasers through the entire project in one sitting. The typical buyers for these projects are 60+ years of age and we’re sure they prefer to comfortably sit down and learn about a project rather than getting dragged around the entire sales office looking at tradtional display boards.
Floor plans, renderings, amenity spaces, views, site plans, and suite availability can be viewed at their fingertips. Not to mention prospective buyers stay at your sales office longer because the touchscreen technology is so fun and engaging!

We transformed the traditional blackline floor plans into vibrant images with 3D furniture and appliances for Monarch’s new project ‘Encore at Equinox’. With this tool, buyers are more likely to purchase the suite because they can easily visualize the space.
