It’s a no brianer.
During this very challenging market, creativity is a requirement to succeed. To get buyers off the fence, builders have to get creative and not wait for it to pass over. We’ve seen a few builders in the past few weeks offer some creative and amazing incentives, including offering free Porsche’s, travel vouchers, cash rebates, and money back guarantee’s if you losing your job etc (just to name a few). Realtors are suddenly utilizing technology to drive traffic by using every social networking tool possible, such as Facebook, Twitter, Craigslist, and Kijiji.
We applaud those builders and Realtors who have done something different compared to the norm. The innovators in this industry will rise to the cream of the crop when this market turns. We all need this market to pick-up! Lets all assess what we are currently doing and do something different.

Interactive touchscreens are becoming extremely popular and it has even translated to the arcade/gaming industry. Panasonic and Uicentric are revolutionizing the game of air hockey with this 103-inch multi touch air hockey table. This is so cool that we might have to turn our own touchscreen displays at the office into air hockey tables!

The South Korean capital, Seoul, has big plans for its design future. This city is rapidly growing and the architectural design of many of these proposed buildings are stunning! There is a great blend of North American, European, and Asian culture. It’s extremely refreshing seeing so many cities taking architecture to a whole new level.

The Museum Plaza, located in Louisville, Kentucky, rethinks conventional attitudes towards property development. The 62-story skyscraper is projected to cost $490 million and contains a 1-acre public plaza and park, luxury condominiums, lofts, a hotel, retail shops and a museum. This building will be one of the USA’s most unique and recognizable buildings. (read more »)
