Setting new standards in retirement living since 1988, Retirement Life Communities & Brookfield Asset Management, awarded ADhoc to create a variety of visualization tools for their condo project located in Mississauga, Ontario. Colour Floor Plan Renderings were created to highlight the quality and features of the living spaces. A site plan rendering was also created to showcase the beautiful location. The site is surrounded by 4 acres of mature forest, parklands, and steps away from the historic Glenerin Inn. All these images, including suite views were displayed on a stunning Interactive Touchscreen display which is a tremendous educational tool for buyers to better understand the building and project.
There is one key feature in this touchscreen we would like to mention. We setup a wireless print function so that the sales team could print floor plans for buyers (on demand). This is a huge benefit because brochure printing costs are cut down significantly and overall it’s more ‘green friendly‘ .
