The Museum Plaza, located in Louisville, Kentucky, rethinks conventional attitudes towards property development. The 62-story skyscraper is projected to cost $490 million and contains a 1-acre public plaza and park, luxury condominiums, lofts, a hotel, retail shops and a museum.
